Mr. M. ADEEB MOHAMMED
Senior Partner

With several years of experience under the aegis of the most sort after legal minds such as  Senior Advocate K.V. Venkatapathy, Former Advocate General of Tamil Nadu and Advocate K.V. Sundararajan. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights (PGDIPR) and Certificate in Consumer Protection Laws (C.C.P), he had pursued his graduation (B.A.B.L) at Dr.Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai. He is experienced in handling civil, criminal and corporate matters.He has represented Clients on various civil, commercial and criminal litigations and matters involving Constitutional Law issues before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Courts and the Tribunals of several States all over India. He holds expertise in commercial documentation, drafting and reviewing documents such as Policies and Procedures, Employment Contracts, Guarantee and Indemnity Agreements, Agency, Distribution and Franchise Agreements, Introducer Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Franchise Agreements, Shareholder Agreements and Partnership Agreements. He has also represented his clients in high stake domestic and international arbitration proceedings.

He has assisted a number of clients across the globe in setting up their business presence in India in various business spheres, associated implementation, and post-set-up compliances or registrations. Ms. SHAMILEE RAJKUMAR

An expert in Intellectual Property Law, an IP Cognoscenti, a Registered Intellectual Property Attorney, with years of multi-disciplinary practice in handling matters pertaining to registration and prosecution of Patent, Trademark, Copyright and Designs along with Business transactions including advisory, structuring, licensing, franchising, joint-ventures, mergers & acquisitions, IP audits and due diligence.

She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights (PGDIPR), an M.A in Public Administration and Certificate in Human Rights (C.H.R), she had pursued her graduation (B.A.LLB) at CMR Law School, Bengaluru, where she had been an avid mooter having won competitions judged by stalwarts in the legal arena such as Mr. Ram Jethmalani, Senior Advocate and Former Union Minister of Law and Justice, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Altamas Kabir, Former Chief Justice of India, Hon’ble Mrs. Justice Ruma Pal, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble Ms. Justice Indira Banerjee, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India and Former Chief Justice of the Madras High Court. She was the winner of the KIIT, National Moot Court Competition 2016, Odisha, winner of the BILS National Moot Court Competition, 2016, Bengaluru. She had also proved her mettle in the 13th Amity International Moot Court Competition 2014, Noida, the Henry Dunant Memorial Moot Court Competition 2013, Delhi, the MATS Law School International Moot Court Competition 2012, Chattisgarh and the 3rd KR.Ramamani Taxation Moot Court Competition 2013, Chennai. She was also the winner of the ULC 19th National Moot Court Competition 2015, Bengaluru and the winner of the 5th Christ University National Moot Court Competition 2014, Bengaluru. She was awarded the ‘Best Student-Advocate Award’ in the Karnataka State Law University International Moot Court Competition, 2016. She has won several essay competitions such as the ‘National Legal Essay Writing Competition’ conducted by India of Dreams.

She has published several articles in legal journals and magazines and pens columns analyzing the Annual Report of the Indian Intellectual Property Office. She had been featured in The Hindu and the Deccan Herald on August 27, 2015, when an entire article titled ‘A Way with Words’ had been written on her achievements. She had also been awarded ‘Best Advocate of the Year, 2021’ by the Forum for Rights and Development, Chennai.
